Ideas for Decorating with Vintage Luggage

Vintage luggage is a surefire way to add a touch of classy good-ol'-days style to your wedding. Stack up the luggage to make a table—open it up to hold anything from plants to gifts—fashion centrepieces and escort card displays—oh, the list of ideas goes on... You can also incorporate luggage tags to help build up a theme throughout. If you already have some vintage luggage then you are one lucky duck!! If, however, you're searching for some luggage it's possible to rent vintage props but your best bet is probably going to be a charity shop. Not only will it be authentically vintage, you'll be supporting the 're-using' / 're-purposing' movement and saving heaps of money. Charity shops are amazing! It's so lovely to know that your purchasing is also helping someone else! A couple months ago, I found myself two vintage suitcases in a charity shop (Cancer Research UK). Each one cost only £10!!

  2. I'm a huge fan of vintage decor! Why buy when you can reuse something pretty and even better if it has sentimental value :) Thanks for linking back to my wedding blog & crediting the photographers. Great collection of ideas.
